FareShare is the UK’s national network of charitable food redistributors, made up of 18 independent organisations. Together, they take good quality surplus food from right across the food industry and get it to nearly 8,500 frontline charities and community groups
Every Wednesday morning, we offer Fare Share food parcels to families who may require this in school.
If you are struggling to access food on a regular basis, please contact the school and ask to speak to Ian Smith. Ian co-ordinates our Fare Share offer and will be able to talk to families about how they can access a food parcel; he is also able to support families to ensure that they are claiming the correct benefits, gain support with housing issues (e.g mould, access to white goods or heating costs) and he will also be able to talk to you about accessing support such as promoting good sleep habits for children.
